    MICIC Guidelines

    This guide applies to situations in which migrants are present in countries in situations of conflict or natural disaster. It provides advice to multiple actors to prepare for and respond to these crises, to protect migrants, and to assist them after the crisis. The guide addresses the complete cycle of crises: preparation, emergency response, and post-crisis action.
