Disability Inclusion

The learning course is for all personnel within IOM who interact with migrants or colleagues.

By the end of the course, the learner should be able to:

• Define disability and outline the models of disability IOM employs in our work.
• Explain the link between disability and vulnerability and how to identify barriers and enablers.
• Detail how to identify whether a person has a disability using an established methodology.
• And describe ways to take a more inclusive approach to working with people with disabilities within IOM workplaces and programs.
