IATI is a voluntary, multi-stakeholder, global initiative that seeks to improve the transparency of aid, development, and humanitarian resources. The objective of this internal training for IOM staff is to ensure a common understanding across the organization on what IATI is, the importance it plays in demonstrating IOM's commitment to transparency and the importance of accurate data collection and reporting.
