The Transition and recovery online training series is intended to build the capacities of IOM staff in transition and recovery concepts, standards and methodologies. The objective of the ‘Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) module’ is to present M&E fundamentals at IOM, key components of an M&E system, M&E for transition and recovery programming, Theory of Change (ToC) and IOM M&E resources. The module aims to create an increased understanding of approaches to M&E in transition and recovery contexts. |
