This course is part of the HR Essentials Series which intends to give IOM staff, particularly HR practitioners, an overview of the main topics related to Inclusion and Diversity in IOM’s workplace. For each topic, a series of concrete suggestions are provided, as well as examples and scenarios to illustrate how different concepts apply to our day-to-day work at IOM.
